The BHCF was initiated in 2024 thus work in progress. As far as the legal structure of the initiative is concerned the legal entity should be a registered NPO. The challenge of an NPO is its financial structure requires annual financial auditing which is costly. As there is currently no income to foot this bill the foundation of the BHCF is being laid. However, when it’s clear the residents see the value of the BHCF the formal registration will initiated.
